Valentine's Day is: A day set aside to remind those you love that they are important and that you care. I believe that this day is important. I enjoy the traditions. It is fun to receive a note of love and to share an evening unplugged together.

I wonder on days like this, how we can remember to take a moment each day, all year long, to reflect the spirit of holidays that focus on those we love.
